We are not made to "fit-in", but to "Stand-Out"

Jesus Christ, seated at the right hand of God, on the throne of highest honour in heaven.

When David himself acknowledged Jesus Christ as his Lord, to be seated in heavenly places at the right hand of God. Taking into account, that the destined birth of Jesus Christ was yet predicted, foretold in the Old Testament, then what is stopping us from submission to His Royalty, Supreme Ruler, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, Counselor ...

Our Redeemer, Jesus Christ (Son of God) became and is our Mediator between God and man, and redeemed us with His atonement blood on the cross of Calvary, to become sons of God. He became the Bridge Builder, to grant us access as co-heirs, to have joint heir-ship in the estate of the Kingdom of God.

Thus, whenever we experience the weight of this deteriorating world, which is being consumed with immorality, God has placed us on this earth, to uphold His purpose and kingdom that was established and redirected through the birth of His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

We whom were once lost and afar off, was drawn near through the Blood of Jesus Christ (atonement for our sins), and God the Father always see us through Grace.

So never take your royalty for granted, for You are a Chosen generation, a Royal Priesthood, a Holy Nation, A Peculiar People, that should show forth the Praises of Him, who has called you out of darkness into His Marvelous light!

And, you will receive the Crown of Life ... Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. James 1v12

When we are tempted, it is an open opportunity to grow in a positive sense, with the ability when I am able to perceive it, I can achieve it as well. Our thoughts should always ponder on, God is going to get some glory out of this temptation..

So when you are tried, and tested, and endure pain, suffering (but not defeat) to overcome temptation. Always remember, that you did not achieve it within you own strength. During that temptation you were drained physically and mentally, but not spiritually, should you ponder concerning the plans of God for your life! Every obstacle, curve-ball, stumbling-block, problem that is thrown at you to weaken your legs, should not let you fail, but creates a stepping stone that raises the bar, and elevates your ability to outgrow the situation.

Therefore, if you feel let down, remember that when you are actually weak, God makes you stronger. He will not let you fail, because when you endure temptation, and tried, you amplify a shout of praise for the angels of God to cheer you on, because another element of achievement is added to your crown of life!

You are blessed!
You are an over-comer!
You are the head, and not the tail!
You are healthy!
Any sickness or diseases residing, harboring in your body, should leave through the Blood and in the Name of Jesus!
You are not a vessel of defeat, neither destruction, nor failure, but a vessel of the honour of God.
Created in the Image of God, and to His likeness!

In 1 Samuel 17:37, David says “The Lord, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.”

When you are facing your biggest challenges/obstacles in life, struggle to be an over-comer an always subdued to a mediocre lifestyle; failed attempts to become successful and bogged down by poverty, depression, stress and other minus factors. Remember that you have to look at the strength of the challenges/obstacles.

David realised that the strength of the lion and bear, lies within their paws. He enabled himself to minimise these obscurities, thus seeing what gave strength to these animals. Afterall, how strong is a lion or bear without their paws? So the moment he took the slingshot and five stones, his objective was to struck Goliath at the head first, that gives direction and mechanical ability to the hand of this Philistine. So, if you are able to deaden the head, then immediately all else will fail. Question yourself, is my hand able to function without the ability of my brain? No ways, thus if you should eliminate the source / origin, then you are able to beat the outcome.

So, at all challenges / obstacles in life, perform a quick self-assessment, find the origin and with full power beat it with the power vested in you by the Holy Spirit! For the kingdom of God is demonstrated not in idle talk but with power.

Don't we all have a price tag on us?

When we were enslaved to sin, the devil had full custody over us; so our lives were corrupted and that distant us from God's purpose and our Bibles became "white elephants". The Word of God holds the deepest and greatest revelation of our purpose and plans ordained from God. But as imperfect men we often fail to live the life God intended for us, thus, drifting away from His will for our lives today.

Whenever you become entrap and enslaved to sin, know this what you don't master, will eventually master you! Read Romans 6:16, You can be a slave to sin, which leads to death, or you can choose to obey ... Don't you know that if you offer to be someone's slave, you must obey that master?

So the root cause of failure in our society today, is through a small door enlarged by us opening it with the thought of a better viewpoint to a less stressful life. But, this is all a trap set by the devil, to drift us away from the Will of God.

So remember, when you fall prey to sin and struggle to wiggle yourself from that predicament of sin (lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes and the pride of life - 1 John 2:16), know this that you were bought with a price that cannot be depreciated through time, situation or value. Jesus became the ultimate sacrifice and paid the price for your failures, mistakes, brokenness, sin, etc.

For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's - 1 Corinthians 6:20

As Paul encourages us in 1 Thessalonians 5, rejoice evermore we oftentimes neglect to triumph over walls of depression, stress, anxiety, defeat, hopelessness, and this purely leads to su***de attempts.

When God birth a gifting inside you, the devil will attempt his utmost best to destroy your direction. Thus, if he could alter your momentum and bring it to a complete halt, you will doubt, "Am I heading in the right direction?" So his (devil) purpose is always to place doubt within your mind (as this is the battlefield) and he could kill your destiny, dreams, aspirations, defile your thoughts. He will attempt to push your to the edge to commit su***de and kill your gift and ultimately destroy your life. But God, He make all things possible taking a dead situation and brings life, taking darkness and bringing light. Thus, if you attempt to always continue and rejoice evermore, pray without ceasing and not Quench the Holy Spirit, you will achieve greatness and remember that now devil, demon is able to abort your dreams, aspirations, gift. So devil, we are coming out stronger and much stronger, than ever before.

So for the year 2014, keep on praying until they gets answered. The message for today and we love you at Gurshon Matroos Ministries.

Let us read Luke 18: 1 - 8 where Jesus speaks about the parable (truth) always to pray (Greek: pros-yoo-khom-ahee to worship, pray to God, supplication), and not to faint (Greek: Enkakeo to lack courage, to relax, to unloose and release).

Jesus tells a story of the Importunate Widow (Greek term Khay-rah – deficiency, lack of a husband) who became so persistent, to the point of annoying the Unjust Judge. No fear was evident in the Judge; neither did he regard man or their feelings. How the relationship is linked between prayer and the parable, the widow didn’t become fainthearted as too loose heart or became discouraged. She reacted differently to say, “I know my only breakthrough is through this Unjust Judge. If I should keep on nagging and be persistent, he should either see my inward cry to “avenge my adversary” who turmoil, oppress, deflate, discourage me, and JUSTICE NEEDS TO EMBELLISH RIGHT NOW!” Yes, the New Living Translation states that in verse 4, this Judge said to himself “I fear neither God nor man, but this woman is driving me CRAZY! I’m going to see that see gets justice, because she is wearing me out with her constant request!” How oftentimes have you felt like giving up?! Remember the year 2013 was tough, but through the Strength and Grace of God, you haven’t given up on life!

According to 1 Thes 5:17, always pray without ceasing and don’t let your worship become intermittent. Bearing in mind, causes to failure in prayers unanswered are “Disobedience; Secret Sin; Indifference; Neglect of Mercy; Despising the Law; Blood-guiltiness; Iniquity; Stubbornness; Instability and Self-Indulgence”. Focus to steer away from these holdups to your prayer life!

Don’t faint and do not loose courage, because God will vindicate your adversary that is withholding you from your breakthrough to Faith-Love-Hope.
