A nursery school dedicated to the love, growth, and care of children aged 3 months to 5 years. We also provide after care for our little ones who need it.

Our school offers a stimulating, child-friendly environment where play-based learning and individual attention help every child reach their full potential. Jungle Tots Greenstone Hill/Edenvale is a “home away from home” for little people aged between 3 months and 5 years. We are situated on the edge of Greenstone Hill, 2km from Greenstone‘s Green Valley Shopping Centre. We offer 5 separate bright & colourful classrooms in which our little ones are encouraged to reach their full potential. The number of children within a single group is kept small so that there is opportunity to spend quality time with each child. Emphasis is placed on a positive, safe and nurturing environment in which we encourage independence and inspire each child\'s individuality and creativity. Our little ones are gently & lovingly guided through the morning programme while being stimulated by our loving & caring staff. Multiple garden gnomes peep out from behind the trees & flowers that surround the large sensory playgrounds. The playgrounds are also home to a wide range of outdoor play equipment that is enthusiastically clambered upon during outside play time. We offer programmes of three days per week and five days per week.

Celebrating Our Rich Tapestry of Cultures at Jungle Tots! 🌍🇿🇦✨
What a colorful, delicious, and joyful day we had celebrating Heritage Day! Our school was bursting with vibrant traditional outfits, big smiles, and the amazing spirit of unity.

Our little ones and staff showed up in stunning cultural attire—from traditional beads, headwraps, and pleated skirts to Springbok shirts and traditional headwear!

A massive thank you to all our wonderful parents for preparing and sending in delicious traditional dishes representing your unique roots. From sweet treats like Sojee and milk tarts to biltong and local favorites, our tasting table was a true celebration of flavor and community!

Hands-On Fine Motor Fun! 💛🔨

Our little learners had a blast practicing precision, hand-eye coordination and control through a fun playdough flattening activity!

Using wooden mallets, the children rolled yellow dough balls and carefully smashed each one flat to build fine motor strength and dexterity.⭐️🎉
From counting the dough balls to focusing on control with every strike, activities like this pave the way for handwriting and essential everyday skills—all through playful learning! 🔨🟡

Aloha to our amazing Jungle Tots family! 🌺☀️

On Friday our little Jungle Totters had the most magical Grandparents Day celebration, completely transformed Moana-style! 🏖️🌊

Our playground turned into a tropical paradise as our tots and their wonderful grandparents set sail on an island adventure together.🏝

From building on the beach sensory tables to digging for treasure and sharing precious moments, the joy and laughter filled the air!🌿

Grandparents are the ultimate wayfinders—guiding our little ones with so much wisdom, patience, and love. Seeing the smiles, big hugs, and shared fun across the tables made the day truly unforgettable. ❤️🌊

Thank you to all the grandmas, grandpas, nannas, and papas who came to venture "beyond the reef" with us. You make our Jungle Tots heart full! ❤️🌺🌴

Flamingo Fun in Full Swing! 🦩✨
Our little artists have been super busy crafting, pasting, and painting their very own flamingos! From assembling paper plates to adding bright orange legs and smooth pink paint, watching their creativity come to life has been absolute magic. 🎨💖

🌱 Growing Little Minds, One Seed at a Time! 🌻✨
Our little learners had so much hands-on fun diving into our sunflower sprouting activity! From setting up their cotton pads and jars to carefully placing their seeds and adding just the right amount of water with syringes, they were full-on botanists for the day.

Activities like this are such a wonderful way to nurture curiosity, fine motor skills, and a love for nature. We can’t wait to watch our cute little sunflower sprouts grow! ☀️🍃

Twelve years of nurturing little minds, big giggles, creative milestone moments, and countless precious memories! That is a massive achievement.

A huge thank you to all our amazing little adventurers, supportive families, and wonderful teachers who have made the last 12 years so truly special. We are so proud to be a home away from home for your little ones.
