Who knew making popcorn could be such a great learning experience? Our learners explored their five senses as they watched the kernels pop, listened to the sounds, smelled the delicious aroma, felt the texture and, of course, tasted the final result! 😋🍿

The learning didn’t stop there! They then wrote down their observations, turning a tasty hands-on activity into an opportunity to develop vocabulary, descriptive writing and observation skills. ✏️🧠

Our little learners stepped into the shoes of some incredible community helpers! Whether they were caring for patients as part of the medical team, baking delicious treats, creating masterpieces as artists, bravely pretending to be firefighters, or looking after animals as veterinarians, every role was filled with imagination and excitement. 🌟

Role play is a wonderful way for children to develop creativity, communication, confidence and empathy while learning about the important people who help keep our communities happy, healthy and safe. Who knows? We may just have met some future doctors, chefs, artists, firefighters and vets! 😊

What an exciting day our Holiday Club learners had on their trip to Croc City! Seeing incredible crocodiles up close, discovering fascinating reptiles and learning more about wildlife, it was a day filled with wonder, excitement and unforgettable memories. 💚✨

Educational outings like these encourage curiosity, build confidence and give children the opportunity to learn beyond the classroom in a fun and engaging way. The smiles on their faces said it all! 😊
