EQ (Emotional Intelligence) for Leaders

Our EQ for Leaders 2-day programme assists leaders in the workplace to apply principles and concepts of emotional intelligence to management themselves and others.

Outcomes of the programme:
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the principles and concepts of emotional intelligence in respect of life and work relations
• Analyse the role of emotional intelligence in interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships in life and work situations
• Analyse the impact of emotional intelligence on life and work interactions
• Evaluate own level of emotional intelligence in order to determine development areas

Our Management Development Programme is an 8-day programme (split over 3 weeks) designed to enhance and strengthen leadership capabilities. It provides learners with resources to effectively lead, engage and develop their teams.

• Identify and explain the core and support functions of an organisation
• Describe the relationship of junior management to other roles
• Identify responsibilities of a team leader in ensuring that organisational standards are met
