Following the implementation of the recent POPI Act on 1st July 2021 we, as administrators of our School page, are obliged to notify members who have liked and/ or followed our page that their personal information is visible to all members on our platform. POPIA sets out data protection laws in order to protect the personal information of all people (natural or juristic) and, therefore, consent is required in order to process personal information of the members on our page. When children learn to add within 10, they are developing number sense, problem-solving skills, logical thinking and confidence with numbers — all important foundations for Grade 1 and beyond.
