It doesn't always go as planned... This is what or breaks you as an athlete. Just because you fall down or don't get it right the first time, doesn't mean you stop trying. Just try get better and better each day, enjoy the small goals in the long process, look back at these videos and see just how far you've come.

Day 1 with Andile. Our first session was upper body and boy was it tough ... it’s not often I get a case like this but Andile put his trust in me and all I can say is I’m happy with the results... KYPHOSIS is a terrible thing to have... your upper back rounds, your shoulders become severely tight, your head shoots forward, your chest closes up and your neck muscles pull down on the back of your skull making it look like your jaw is even sticking out. Its characterized by headaches, shortness of breath, shoulder pain/impingement, back rotator cuffs and much much more. It took just over an hour to get this down but Im amazed by how well he responded. Please DM me for details if you’re looking to get a spring in your step again.

2ns session with Terra done. There are two things right quads will cause. Look towards the picture to the left... you will notice how Terras pants line actually pulls down in the ... this is called an anterior pelvic tilt. An Anterior Pelvic Tilt causes horrible lower back pain, knee pain and hip pain because it puts the body into a very awkward position. You’ll also notice Terra can’t contract his abs properly. This is because the quads and lower back aren’t allowing them to contract. An excessive anterior tilt will also cause long and weak hamstrings. Now look to the right hand side picture and you’ll see a neutral pelvic position with his abs co yea yes properly. In the left picture Terra has to physically turn sideways and tense to be able to get his hamstring to pop ... look to the right and you’ll see more of a pop to his hamstring without him having to rotate along with extra thickness in his quads. This is what my massages are capable of doing... the benefits of a massage done properly for athletes are boundless... in 1 hour we were able to change entire physique... we’ll be working together for the foreseeable future.
