To all the precious pregnant ladies out there. I have to inform you that after more than 20 years of enjoying giving education and support running Antenatal classes and postnatal clinic, the time has come where we have passed the baton on. There are 2 lovely ladies who are in East London who run classes (separately) who I know would love to help you.

Hi all prospective parents. I would like to encourage those who are expecting a precious bundle to arrive in this world any time from late December to early February to seriously consider joining our antenatal classes. We are here to not only give information in a relaxed friendly atmosphere but also to answer your questions, encourage and support you through this exciting time of your lives. We also run a postnatal clinic where we will weigh your babies and assist you with any feeding problems. Immunizations also done. Moms meet together and make new friends over cups of tea and coffee. (New coffee shop on the premises of the Coast Wellness Centre) Looking forward to hearing from you!
