Yesterday, MSI officially launched its Mental Health Drive in the Alfred Nzo District, beginning with visits to Tholang Senior Secondary School and Khanya Naledi Senior Secondary School in Matatiele Grade 12 Class.
Our team facilitated engaging sessions on Stress Management, equipping learners with practical techniques to recognise, understand, and manage stress in healthy ways. The sessions encouraged open conversations about mental well-being while reminding learners that seeking support is a sign of strength.
At MSI, we remain committed to promoting positive mental health, building resilience, and empowering young people with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive both academically and personally.
Together, we are creating healthier minds and brighter futures.
Day 3 of the Careers Inc Soweto Career Exhibition was dedicated to engaging with the NEET youth (young people Not in Employment, Education, or Training).
MSI had the opportunity to connect with many young people, sharing valuable career guidance, information on education and training pathways, and opportunities that can help them take the next step towards a brighter future.
It was also encouraging to engage with fellow stakeholders who showcased a wide range of programmes and opportunities available to empower and support our youth.
Together, we are creating pathways to hope, skills, employment, and sustainable futures for the young people of Soweto.
Day 2 of the Careers Inc Exhibition was another exciting and impactful day, with more than 10 high schools from across Soweto in attendance. Learners from Grades 9 to 12 had the opportunity to engage with a wide range of career and education stakeholders, gaining valuable information to help them make informed decisions about their futures.
MSI was proud to be among over 50 exhibitors, providing learners with guidance on subject choices, career pathways, and the importance of planning for life after school. We encouraged young people to explore their interests, ask questions, and make choices that align with their goals and aspirations.
Career guidance is a continuous journey, and every conversation has the power to inspire a learner to dream bigger and make informed decisions.
Thank you to the organisers, schools, educators, and all the stakeholders who came together to invest in the future of our youth. Together, we are empowering the next generation to make confident career choices.

Today, MSI proudly participated in Day 1 of the Soweto Careers and Skills Summit held at Orlando, Soweto.
We had the privilege of delivering an engaging session to educators and key stakeholders on the importance of career guidance and the critical role we all play in preparing learners for their future.
Our message was clear: career conversations should not only happen at career exhibitions,they should become a regular part of school life. By working together with teachers, schools, parents, industry partners, and other stakeholders, we can ensure that learners receive continuous guidance, empowering them to make informed subject and career choices.
Together, we are shaping brighter futures—one career conversation at a time.
