Our Grade 5 learners recently had the opportunity to make their own rain gauges as part of their Weather topic.

After creating their rain gauges, they conducted an experiment where they used them to measure and record rainfall. This hands-on activity allowed learners to apply their knowledge, observe weather patterns, and understand how rainfall is measured in real-life situations.
We are proud of our young geographers for their enthusiasm and participation in this practical learning experience! 🌍☔

Today we celebrate the life and legacy of Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, a man who taught us that kindness, courage, respect and education have the power to change the world.
