📢 OPEN CALL FOR LEASE AGREEMENT PROPOSALS
Xhoisani Enterprises Development Agency (XEDA)
Seeking Suitable Training Venues in the Greater Oudtshoorn Area
Xhoisani Enterprises Development Agency (Pty) Ltd (CRN: 2017/316230/07) is currently in the process of securing accreditation with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and the Services SETA. A key requirement of this accreditation is access to a compliant training facility.
We are therefore inviting landlords and property owners in the Greater Oudtshoorn Area to submit proposals for the lease of suitable venues that can serve as accredited training centres.
🔑 Lease Requirements
• Initial Lease Term: 12 months (1 March 2026 – 28 February 2027)
• Extension Option: Up to 3 years (2027–2029), subject to successful accreditation and funding approval
• Venue Type: Halls, community centres, or municipal/commercial buildings suitable for classroom-style training
• Facilities Needed:
o Adequate seating and space for learners
o Access to electricity, water, and sanitation
o Secure environment for learners and facilitators
o Accessibility for youth and community members
🎯 Training Programmes to be Delivered
1. New Venture Creation (SP-210401)
2. Workplace Essential Skills (211009)
3. Workplace Preparation (SP-201201)
These programmes are designed to empower unemployed youth, school leavers, and emerging entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to create sustainable businesses, secure employment, and contribute meaningfully to the local economy.
