Edu-Play Early Learning and Family Centre is a pioneering platform for innovative and inclusive education.

We are also a NeuroMe Neuropod - combining NeuroMe’s online curriculum with face-to-face facilitation - helping neurodivergent learners to thrive. EARLY LEARNING CENTRE CURRICULUM
Learners each have their own specific needs and educational barriers, therefore determining priorities for support and intervention. Each learner's curriculum is determined and implemented through an Individual Education

al Developmental Plan (IEDP). A holistic and multisensory approach to intervention and learning is followed. We provide a broad and balanced curriculum which addresses neurodevelopmental barriers, such as challenges in learning, communicating, cognition and sensory perception. Our curriculum (facilitated in an environment with no more than eight learners per class) strives to attain the following crucial outcomes for our learners:
*Developing cognitive abilities through the use of all available senses and experiences
*Communicating effectively according to learner capability
*Establishing and maintaining social interactions and relationships
*Regulating behaviour and emotions
*Encouraging an independent approach to acquiring basic life skills
*Creating a willing and positive attitude towards participating in recreational activities

FAMILY CENTRE
Our Family Centre provides a personalised and diverse learning environment which aims to fully translate each child's individual leaerning styles into an effective and optimal educational programme. Our tuturs are highly-skilled in various techniques and provide ongoing training to staff to ensure that they are fully informed and coached in the various programmes, as well as up to date with current developments. Our Family Centre offers :
*One-on-One Tutoring
*Small social groups
*Training for parents
*Training for tutors
*Home Programmes
*Distance learning and programme management, which are ideal for families who wish to implement and maintain an effective educational programme for their child but who do not live close enough for the purpose of monitoring the child's progress and providing the necessary modifications, where necessary. Our homeschool programme, together with support beyond classroom learning, allows us to cater completely for each learner's academic, social, emotional and life-skills needs and has proven to be a unique offering in the educational community. We also provide counselling and wellness coaching for children, adolescents and adults. In addition to the above, we facilitate a number of extra-mural activities (such as cricket, Playball, karate and music therapy) and also strive to include additional beneficial activities like, for example, visits from outside organisations, in order to create a dynamic and comprehensive learning experience.
