In karate, every bow, every kata, and every lesson carries traditions that have been handed down through generations. While in September Heritage Day celebrates South Africa's rich cultural diversity, it is also a reminder that martial arts have their own heritage, built on respect, discipline, perseverance, and continuous self-improvement.
