🇿🇦⚽ Our very own Johnny Le Roux is off to Madrid!

Johnny will board a plane to Spain on Wednesday evening to compete in the MadCap Tournament in Madrid, and we could not be more excited for him! 🙌

He'll be representing South Africa in what is one of the most incredible youth football tournaments in the world.

We're talking 141 countries and 15,000 players — all under the age of 19 — coming together to compete, connect, and show the world what young people are capable of. 🌍🏆

It's more than just a tournament too. The squad will be visiting some of Madrid's most famous stadiums and museums, soaking up the culture and the history of one of football's greatest cities.

Johnny is going to come home a richer person for the whole experience. ⚽🏟️

He'll be away for ten days, returning on Friday, 26th of June — and we have a feeling he is going to have no shortage of stories to share with Growthpoint when he's back! 😄

We are so incredibly proud of you, Johnny! 🇿🇦💚

Thank you to all of you that bought brownies to help make this happen🌟

Go represent us with everything you've got — South Africa is cheering you on! Safe travels, and enjoy every single moment. 🦅✨

Term 2! Here we go!
We ended our first week back with a park day.

What a memorable day! Our learners visited SANCCOB to learn about the rescue and rehabilitation of penguins. 🐧
Seeing how these beautiful birds are saved, treated, and protected was both educational and heartwarming. We are so proud of our curious, respectful learners!
