Most of us don’t notice the subtle signs until we’re already past our edge but there are small, simple adjustments you can make throughout the day that bring you back into your window of tolerance.

It's been a time!
& if ever I've had to put my nervous system tools into practice, it is now.
I didn't hesitate to book with my own somatic nervous system coach because we do not need to walk these roads alone.
With my daughter in and out of hospital, the demands of work, high levels of body pain, dear friends in trauma, and the general challenges of life. … I have been so deeply reminded about the importance and power of nursing and nurturing our nervous systems and how invaluable the micro inputs on a daily basis are.
So my reminder to me and to you is this: prioritize your nervous system regulation before your nervous system forces you to do it in ways that are far less convenient.
