Science in Action! πŸ§ͺπŸ”¬

Our Grade 8 Natural Sciences learners got hands-on during their practical lesson, testing for starch and carbon dioxide (COβ‚‚). It was wonderful to see them putting their knowledge into practice, making observations and learning through experimentation! 🧠✨

A great day of discovering the science behind what we see around us! πŸ’™

Our Grade 6 learners worked together beautifully to create informative posters on the important topic of Caring for Animals and Animal Cruelty. 🐢🐱🐰

It was wonderful to see such great teamwork, creativity and, most importantly, compassion for our furry friends. πŸ’™ Their thoughtful work reminds us of the importance of treating all animals with kindness and care.

Well done to all our Grade 6 learners! πŸ‘βœ¨

Today our little learners got creative as they made fluffy clouds for their sky ☁️✨ while also exploring and creating their own body images! πŸŽ¨πŸ§’

🎭 A Day of Theatre at the Hilton Arts Festival

On Friday our Grade 10–12 Dramatic Arts students headed to Hilton College for Jongosi Day as part of the Hilton Arts Festival.

The students were treated to three world-class productions, exploring a range of genres, styles and techniques, from comedy and protest theatre to magical wonderment and realism.

Experiences like Jongosi Day are invaluable, giving our students the opportunity to witness diverse approaches to performance and storytelling, while enriching and enhancing their own learning and creative development.

A wonderful day of theatre, inspiration and learning was had by all! πŸ’™πŸŽ
