Re: Coronavirus

Please note, in respect of the Presidents announcement on the 15th March 2020 regarding the above pandemic it is in the best interest of your child and yourself that BEE U FIT temporarily places a hold on classes

We urge parents/guardians to visit your nearest doctor should you experience any flu like symptoms and ensure precautionary measures are being practiced

You will be directly notified once classes resume

It's very difficult to get kids to eat healthy and lead an active lifestyle these days but at BEE U Fitness, we are going to make the change.
With the right guidance, motivation and inspiration, we have made a big difference in kids around Chatsworth.
If you are battling to make a change to your child's life, bring them down to Taliya's Fitness Gym at 9am and be amazed with the change of behavior in them within couple weeks.
Every week we offer different programs to help your child develope physically and mentally and I try to make it as exciting as possible for them.
Tomorrow I will be focusing on self defence skills followed by Kids H.i.i.T workout.
Bring your child tomorrow and I guarantee you that you will thank me later, when you see positive progress in your child's life.

Today Marks 1 year since the birth of BEE U SOCIAL/FITNESS
It's been a journey for us as facilitators, instructors , parents & guardians.
We have recently changed our structure and host the classes every Saturday at 9am at Taliyas fitness gym.
Physical activities that improves our kids speech and drama, artistic creations, boosts confidence, self esteem, overall morale and allows them to holistically develop. It has been a success this far as we have already seen discipline portrayed within our kids , they are more energetic, more vocal and most importantly much more fit...
In commemoration of our 1 YEAR celebration we are having a little party after the class on saturday with goodie bags and off course , cake.
This is a day open to bring A FRIEND through to experience BEE U FIT Prizes up for grabs!

Every child gets an opportunity to perform every workout or activity.

We have 30 kids thus far and we plan to build a fitness empire for about 200 kids by end of 2020.
