EFFICIENT SDFs IN THE MAKING
It is so rewarding to see that companies are serious about learning and development, and are prepared to ensure that their SDFs are well trained to fulfil this important function. During March, our CEO and Master Facilitator, Irene, had her hands full training 19 SDFs for various Corporates and SETAs.

The five day course provided the candidates with 29 credits of essential information to perform their roles – an overview of the L&D legislation, the ability to provide information and advice on L&D, promote a learning culture, conduct a training needs analysis, develop a Workplace Skills Plan, co-ordinate T&D interventions and administer skills development in an organisation.

The candidates particularly enjoyed Irene’s experience in L&D, and the fact that she is completely up to date on developments in the field, and is able to relay these experiences.
