Our goal is to equip these schools with reading books and to create sustainable libraries and classroom book corners. OUR VISION

This is The LEARN Project in action.

From an author session and book reading, to playing games on the field and exploring the jungle gym. From hip hop dancing to a GO WILD experience learning about Africa’s animals and wildlife conservation with the Durban Science Museum.

Where there are books there are SMILES!

Take us back to buddy reading in the garden at DPHS with Sophunga Primary as we celebrated the start of National Literacy Month with author Roslynne Toerien and a fun and engaging story session, of ‘The Together Two’. Each Grade 3 learner from Sophunga Primary went home with their own copy of one of Ros’s books and left inspired to discover the wonders of a book through the power of imagination.

102 828 Children’s books covered, processed & distributed to disadvantaged schools.

God of the detail and an unlocking of incredible stories of hope that could fill a book. All made possible through faith, connection and collaboration.

Don’t let anyone tell you there isn’t hope in this beautiful Country of ours. If you can’t find hope, be hope.
