Developing fine motor skills and eye hand coordination

Tummy Time ...encourages shoulder girdle strength and stability which is essential for fine motor and visual motor development.

It also provides deep pressure touch to the entire surface of the body that is touching the floor.

We should all have a bit of tummy time...moms and dads included
