🌟 Past Pupil Spotlight: Noah Bircher (Class of 2025) 🌟

Just a few months after matriculating from Thomas More College as part of the Class of 2025, Noah Bircher is already making his mark on the South African theatre stage.

Noah is currently studying at the Luitingh Alexander Musical Theatre Academy (LAMTA) in Cape Town and has recently performed in his very first production, Killer Queen, at Theatre on the Bay.

His performance has already attracted attention, with a review on https://www.eatplaydrink.capetown/play/lamtas-killer-queen-at-theatre-on-the-bay-is-sheer-exuberance/ noting:

"With a cast and crew of this size it’s perhaps unfair to single anyone out, because they’re all so good. But we must give 'Baby Cillian Murphy' Noah Bircher a shout, not only for his uncanny resemblance to the actor but because he’s also a fabulous singer."

Having witnessed Noah's standout performances and passion for the performing arts during his time at Thomas More College, we knew he had a bright future ahead of him. It is wonderful to see him embracing every opportunity and thriving in a highly competitive industry.

We are incredibly proud of you, Noah, and look forward to following your journey and celebrating many more successes in the years to come.

The Country Fair is one of those special occasions that brings the TMC community together – pupils, parents, staff, past pupils, and friends of the College – for a day filled with connection, community spirit, and plenty of fun.

Thomas More College past pupils and past parents are invited to take advantage of special membership rates at the new TMC Sports Centre Gym, professionally managed by Kings Park Sports Medicine Centre.

Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, train for an event, return from injury, or simply prioritise your wellbeing, you'll have access to a modern, fully equipped facility right here on campus.

• Past Pupils (under 23 years) – R350 per month
• Past Pupils (23 years and older) – R400 per month
• Past Parents – R400 per month
• External Members – R450 per month

More than just a gym membership, you'll be training within a professional sports medicine environment, with access to physiotherapists, biokineticists, and strength & conditioning specialists.

🕒 Training Hours
• Monday to Friday: 05:00 – 18:00
• Saturdays & School Holidays: 07:00 – 14:00

Why not bring your spouse, partner, or training buddy along? Family members and friends are welcome to join as external members and enjoy the same high-quality facility.

Please note: this is your official Matric Certificate issued by the Umalusi (Department of Education) — not the Statement of Results received when matric results were released.

Have you collected your Matric Certificate?
We still have a large number of uncollected certificates from previous years waiting to be collected.

Parents are welcome to collect certificates on behalf of past pupils.

We also encourage all past pupils to update their contact details when you collect your certificates so we can stay connected as part of the Thomas More Past Pupils Community.
