Regen Sports

Approximately 60 kids from KZN turned up to the squash academy event, last weekend.

The event was extremely fun, the kids loved it and some awesome excellent squash was played.

I would like to thank all the parents that helped making this event a success and the participants from the four different squash academies that attended.

On the 26th May we played our first junior academy game against Ravi Govender's Junior academy. It was a tough fixture, which 10 players participated from the Regen Sports academy. Every single junior that participated played some really exciting and competitive squash.

We managed to come through with an exceptional 7-3 victory against really strong opponents.

I would like to thank all the parents that helped transport the kids to pmb yesterday and a huge thank you to Ravi for hosting us and making it such an incredible experience.

Today's Totball session..... Kids really loving it!!!

Our end of year Junior Squash Tournament, was held at Westville Country Club on the 2 December. The turn out was exceptional. We had 29 kids that had turned out for the tournament.

Hi Guys. Please like and share my sports page. We started Regen Squash Academy, in March last year.

Its been a massive success over the last few months and the kids really enjoy it. The academy focuses on the fundamental squash techniques, movement, eye & hand co-ordination and fitness as well. My goal is to promote junior squash in Durban and get kids to become abit more active by having fun and socialising with other kids.

Academy sessions run on Saturday's from 8-11:00am at Westville Country Club. Kids from the ages of 5-8/9 years old, will be introduced to 'Totball', which will focus on building their eye & co-ordination with fun games throughout the session.

Kids from the ages of 9-18 years old, will focus on the basic squash principles, which include technique, movement & squash drills.
