Today I had the pleasure of cooking with three wonderful ladies who were all so eager to learn and get stuck in... and oh what fun we had. From a delicious "Jamie Oliver" roast chicken with Amazing Lemon & Herb roasted potatoes to a good old Durban Lamb Curry, Sweet Potato & Ginger Soup and last but not least we ended off the day with the most irresistible Peppermint Caramel Pudding...

Our ladies sure did cook up a storm in the kitchen today! From a beautiful butternut soup served with homemade health bread, to a delicious chicken and leek pie... everyone's taste buds were working overtime. Minted lamb chops served with squashed baby potatoes and a scrumptious halloumi salad. All Maid with Love # # #
