The two meals you see below are 1) Moroccan Chicken served with Baked Potato and a side salad, and 2) Salmon served on a bed of linguine topped with slices of avocado, capers and a horseradish sauce.

Today I had the pleasure of cooking with three wonderful ladies who were all so eager to learn and get stuck in... and oh what fun we had. From a delicious "Jamie Oliver" roast chicken with Amazing Lemon & Herb roasted potatoes to a good old Durban Lamb Curry, Sweet Potato & Ginger Soup and last but not least we ended off the day with the most irresistible Peppermint Caramel Pudding...
