It makes me angry when the consequence for a child's break is taken away. Movement is vital, freeplay is vital, being outdoors connecting with friends is a vital part of development. Please teachers there are consequences to actions but taking away a child's break should not be one of them. In fact you are likely to have less issues in the classroom if more movement and brain breaks are introduced.

So true. As parents we often think and feel external societal pressure, you child's behaviour is not a reflection of you but rather the needs of your child. A child's behaviour tells a story.

I think we all need this reminder sometimes.
