International School of Performing Arts Takes Centre Stage at Shall We Dance Durban 2026
The International School of Performing Arts (ISPA), Durban, is proud to be part of the spectacular cast of Shall We Dance 2026, South Africa's longest-running stage dance production, celebrating an incredible 32-year legacy of dance, music and theatrical excellence.

ISPA is a Durban-based tertiary musical theatre academy offering internationally recognised training in dance, singing and acting, preparing students for professional careers both locally and abroad.
This exciting collaboration provides ISPA students with the invaluable opportunity to perform alongside some of South Africa's finest dancers and internationally acclaimed Latin-American Champions, giving audiences a glimpse into the next generation of performing arts talent.
Renowned for its comprehensive "triple-threat" training in dance, drama and vocals, ISPA continues to produce confident, versatile performers who are ready for the professional stage. Their appearance in Shall We Dance 2026 highlights the academy's commitment to artistic excellence and its passion for nurturing young performers.

Shall We Dance 2026 will be presented from 11–13 September 2026 at The Playhouse, Durban, featuring world-class entertainment, breathtaking choreography and international guest artists.

So proud of our International School of Performing Arts students in this incredible The Young Performers Project production of Prince of Egypt now on at the The Playhouse Company till the 19th of June. Directed by Robaby Pombo, choreographed by Evashnee Pillay, musical direction by Des Govender, costume design by Kathryn Singery, set design by Nicolene Snyman Steyn and lighting design by Evan le Roux. Our 3rd year students had the wonderful opportunity to assistant direct 💋, assistant choreograph Khethukuthula Ngcobo and assistant musical direct Damien. Don’t miss this wonderful production.
