Kizomba Basic 1 Stepping is a basic movement similar to marching on the spot while doing body rolls.

This stepping can move in a direction, on the spot, 360 turn around & back and forth.

It's usually applied in the beginning of a song or when the tempo slows down.

Kizomba Tutorial S1, E1 ~ Kizomba is a popular partner dance & music genre that originates from Angola.

It evolved from Semba a traditional, high energy Angolan partner Dance.

Kizomba is known for its close embrace, fluid footwork and non-verbal communication.

In south Africa, Kizomba is growing from a nich community into a thriving urban dance culture,
heavily influenced by Urban Kiz, Fusion & Kompa.

These modern variations incorporate dramatic hip movements, dips, hip-hop & Afrobeatelements.

This makes the dance adaptable to contemporary R&B and pop tracks played in most clubs &social events.
