Simple way to work out your legs.
Do 100 squats a day.
You can even do these in front of the TV.
Put your feet shoulder width apart.
Put your arms out in front of you.
Slowly bend at the knees, until your bum nearly touches the floor.
Slowly go up and repeat.
You might not be able to do 100 at first.
Start with 1 and work your way up.

Want to lose fat?
Then build some muscle.
Muscle eats away fat.
So include some muscle building training (weight lifting and others) in your fitness routine.
And ladies, don't worry: your body is not designed to get bulky and muscular like a man's.
This is because you don't produce testosterone the way we do.
So, if you haven't already, add some muscle building activities to your workout.

Focus on the positivies!
(This is what I wanted to post earlier.)
Seems simple doesn't it, but somehow we don't...

Would you agree that your environment has played in a part in getting you to where you are now.
If you aren't where you want to be, is it fair to assume that at best your environment is nutural, and isn't helping you to get to where you want to go?
I think so.
So, make a change.
Change some things in your environemnt, so that you are reminded of your goals and where you want to get to.

Want to increase your success?
Keep a journal of everything you do during the day.
At the end of the week, highlight all the productive things that you did (the things that will get you to your result).
Circle the activities that you did (the things that aren't going to get you to your goal, but you have to do from time to time).
Add one for each 'productivity' and subtract one for each activity.
Aim for a score of 3 to 5 each day :)

One of the most simple ways to change your diet is to:
Keep a food journal.
Write down what you eat.
Get conscious about it.
Then review it and be honest about what you are eating.
