What a fantastic day we had on 1 June 2026 at Silverglen Primary School! 🌟
Our learners arrived in their colourful and cosy pyjamas, ready for a day filled with fun, laughter, and excitement! 🧸🩷💙 They enjoyed a special movie experience with their friends while munching on delicious popcorn 🍿 and tasty sweets 🍬🍭.
Seeing all the smiling faces, comfy PJs, and happy memories being made was truly heartwarming. 😊✨

What an exciting day we had at Phezulu Safari Park on 13 May 2026! 🌿☀️
Our learners enjoyed an unforgettable adventure where they: 🐊 Saw fascinating crocodiles up close 🐍 Learned interesting facts during an educational talk on snakes and crocodiles 💃 Enjoyed a vibrant traditional dance performance 🛝 Had fun exploring and playing in the play area 🧺 Shared a wonderful picnic with friends
The excursion was filled with learning, laughter, and memorable experiences that brought nature, culture, and friendship together. 🌟

Schools Democracy Week is a significant annual event, typically held in April to coincide with Freedom Day (27 April) and Freedom Month.🇿🇦
The initiative, led by the Electoral Commission of South Africa and the Department of Basic Education, aims to educate learners on democratic values, electoral processes, and civic responsibility.
