Huge congratulations to our incredible Grade 3 superstars who absolutely crushed it at the recent Foundation Phase Coding & Robotics Internal Tournament!

Not only did they take on the challenge with a smile, but they also showed off some seriously lightning-fast problem-solving skills. These three brilliant minds managed to code their way through *30 levels of boats in under 20 minutes!*⏱️🚀 That is pure coding wizardry! 🧙‍♂️💻

As Term 1 draws to a close, we take a moment to celebrate the dedication, hard work, and outstanding results of our top 3 learners from each class. Your commitment to excellence has set the standard for 2026, and the entire school community is proud of you.

Whether it was late-night studying, consistent homework, or going the extra mile in class discussions, these students showed what it means to aim high and follow through. To every achiever– well done! You’ve earned this recognition.

A Word to All Our Learners👩‍🏫
Success in Term 1 is just the beginning. To those who made the top 3 – keep pushing, your example inspires others. To every student who gave their best this term – your effort matters. Let’s carry this momentum into Term 2.

Grade 3B Garden Fun 🌱

Our Grade 3B learners got their hands dirty planting seeds in our class garden 🌱. They were so excited to watch their plants grow each day 🌼. The garden is now growing beautifully, and the learners are very proud of their hard work 😊.

Our Grade R learners had a fun Coding and Robotics session 🤖✨

This was one of the activities where they matched colours and patterns using blocks 🎨🧩 building their thinking and problem-solving skills 🧠💡

The classroom was buzzing with excitement as learners explored different activities and discovered new ways to think and create. 🚀🌈

We would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who participated in our recent coding and robotics workshop, aimed at preparing learners and educators for the upcoming tournament🤖.

Whetstone Primary School had an exciting visit from a karate instructor and two of his students 🥋. They shared valuable information about karate and spoke about the importance of discipline, respect and focus.

Our learners really enjoyed the session and were encouraged to join the karate classes. It was a fun and motivating experience for everyone 👏✨

During our Inflatable Fun Day, special board game activities were hosted in the hall for our Muslim learners who were fasting 🌙✨. It was a calm and enjoyable space where learners could relax, play fun games ♟️🎲, and spend time with their friends.

The atmosphere was peaceful, respectful, and filled with smiles 😊. Thank you to everyone who ensured that every learner felt included and supported throughout the day 🤍🌟.
