When you graduate, you don’t just walk the stage… you celebrate your moment! 🎓💃

A moment of excellence. A journey of discipline. A stage she fully earned.

Congratulations to Dr Labo Zakwankuku Mantfombana Nkuku, 2026 DBA graduate at REGENT Business School.

Walking across the graduation stage was more than a ceremonial moment. It marked years of sacrifice, research, resilience and an unbelievable achievement at the highest level of academic excellence.

Her thesis, “Augmenting Business Accountability: A metric to indicate the return on investment in corporate social initiatives,” reflects her commitment to solving a critical challenge in Africa: the accountability gap in social investment.

Through her research, she developed the Outcomes Accountability Index, a framework designed to help organisations measure true impact, strengthen ESG reporting and move from storytelling to evidence-based accountability.

From small business owner to corporate leader, and now DBA graduate, Dr Nkuku’s journey is a powerful reminder that excellence is not accidental. It is designed, tested and earned.

Congratulations, Dr Nkuku. Your stage moment represents purpose, intellect and African leadership in motion.
