Throughout the year, our Grade 6 & 7 students learn what it takes to build and run a business. From developing their business ideas and understanding their target market, to planning, budgeting and marketing, our students prepare for their big day!

Then, in Term 3, it all comes together! 🎉

Put their knowledge into action, they set up their very own stalls and become entrepreneurs for the day, selling their products to some very eager buyers!

We are proud of the creativity, teamwork, confidence and entrepreneurial spirit shown by our Grade 6 & 7 students. Well done, future business leaders! 👏

We would like to say a very big Congratulations to Awande Phungula, a Grade 6 learner, who competed at the SACSSA National Athletics this weekend past.

Awande represented Impact and KZN in the Girls u12 Javelin category.

Placing 6th overall and improving her throw by 2 meters, Awande has made us extremely proud! Well done on your excellent achievement 💙

Over this past weekend, Impact Christian Academy had the privilege of hosting KZNCSSA for the annual KZNCSSA Provincial Chess Tournament.

We were proud to have our very own Grade 7 learner, Zinga Diko, represent Impact Christian Academy and compete against talented young chess players in his age group for the title of Chess Champion.

A special congratulations to all the learners who participated, and to the category winners who showcased their dedication, strategic thinking and love for the game.

Well done, Zinga! We are proud to have you represent the Impact Family!

On 28 & 29 August, our talented athletes took to the track and field at the Msunduzi Athletics Stadium for the KZNCSSA Provincial Athletics Championships.

We are incredibly proud of every learner who represented Impact Christian Academy and South Durban with determination, sportsmanship and a willingness to give their very best! 👏💙

A very special congratulations goes out to Awande Phungula on an outstanding achievement. Awande has qualified to represent the KZN Team at the upcoming SACSSA National Athletics Championships for Javelin! 🇿🇦🏆 We are so proud of you Awande.

On 21 August, our school was transformed into the perfect Friday night movie spot! ✨

Our Impact family came together for an evening of comfy clothes, yummy snacks, big-screen entertainment and plenty of laughs. From settling in with friends to cheering and enjoying the movie together, it was such a special way to spend time as a school community.

There’s just something about watching a movie together, especially when the popcorn is flowing and everyone is having a good time! 🍿🎥

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our Movie Night such a success. We loved seeing our Impact family together outside of the usual school day!

What a beautiful way to welcome Spring at Impact! 🌷☀️

Today, we celebrated the very special grandparents in our students’ lives with a morning filled with love, laughter and treasured memories. ❤️

Our students delighted their grandparents with some wonderful items and each grandparent also received a sweet, handmade card from their grandchild, a little keepsake to treasure. 💌

And then it was time to enjoy the beautiful Spring weather with a relaxed picnic, bringing our Impact families together for quality time, smiles and plenty of happy memories. 🧺🌳

A huge thank you to all our wonderful grandparents for joining us and making the day so special. Your love, wisdom and presence mean so much to our children. 💕👵👴
