Thank you for contacting Elite Culinary Institute.

Our February 2027 intake is now open for enrolment, and we would be delighted to assist you with starting your culinary journey.

The application process is simple:

We send you our prospectus and programme information.
Complete the ECI application form.
Pay the R1,000 application fee.
Once your application is processed, the required deposit is paid to secure your place.
You will then complete your enrolment contract and uniform fitting.

You are also invited to attend our Open Day on Saturday, 5 September 2026, from 9:00am–11:00am. This is a great opportunity to visit our campus, view our state-of-the-art training facilities and luxury student accommodation, meet our team, and learn more about our programmes and career opportunities.

Open Day attendance is by booking only.
