Yesterday, our school proudly celebrated not only the uniqueness and richness of being African, with our learners dressed in their beautiful Africa Day outfits, but also a very special milestone for one of our long-serving support staff members.
We honoured Rosie, who turned 60 on 25 May. 🎉
We wish her many more wonderful years ahead as she embarks on this new chapter as a newly inaugurated senior citizen. Rosie, affectionately known to us as Aunty Rosie, is truly cherished by our school community.

Hello, Spring! 🌼
Today we celebrated Spring Day in full colour and warmth—surrounded by flowers, laughter, and the loving presence of our children’s grandparents. It was a day of joy, connection, and new beginnings.
The children embraced the season with bright outfits, big smiles, and creative activities that brought the spirit of spring to life. Having their grandparents alongside them made the celebration even more meaningful.
Thank you to every family who helped make this day so special. Glenwood Community Preschool, continues to bloom because of the love and support you bring.
