This time of the year we hear a lot of people complain about 'year-end fatigue', unfortunately as entrepreneurs, we do not get the same feelings. For entrepreneurs, this time of the year means it's time to take stock of how has the business done, did we survive or did we make it? For a small start-up, it usually means 'we just made it or we have done nothing (money-wise). This is usually the time when business owners realise, especially social entrepreneurs, usually realise that they have done a lot of work, impacted so many lives but the financial gain is not substantial.
