On Friday 3rd November, the Executive Dean of Health Sciences, Prof Mchunu had a meeting with FHS students to discuss various matters such as teaching and learning, clinical practice, student life on campus and student support. Almost all departments were represented.

The Dean’s office in the Faculty of Health Sciences hosted Nolwazi Hlongwane from KwaMathanda High School (uMlazi) on the 27th of October for the "Bring A Girl Child To Work Project 2023" that's initiated by the DVC of People and Operations, Dr VL Mthethwa. She got the opportunity to see the labs and clinics. The departmental staff participated and gave clarity by showcasing what is happening if students are doing their practical work within the faculty. She was happy and appreciated the experience 📚.
