Orient Islamic School is pleased to announce that applications are now open for our Hifz Classes for both boys and girls.
🌙 Our Hifz programme is integrated into the school day and has been offered at OIS since 1998.

🌸🌱 Spring has sprung at OIS! 💙💛

We welcomed the new season with colourful scarves, toppies and takkies, joyful assemblies and interactive learning.

From our littlest learners bringing the stage to life with this sweetest song at their ECD assembly, to our FP and IP learners taking part in fun, interactive assemblies and winning goodies for their knowledge — learning was blooming everywhere! 🌼

Our Grade 6 learners turned their classroom into a living classroom. 🌱🌻 Through planting and caring for the plants brought in by their classmates, they are learning about different plants while developing a sense of responsibility, care and appreciation for nature — lessons that extend far beyond the classroom.

And our little learners got their hands in the soil too, discovering the joy of planting and nurturing new life. 🌿💚

At OIS, we believe every season is an opportunity to grow, learn, explore and bloom.

The Friendship Cup Girls’ Tournament was filled with incredible skill, determination, excitement and most importantly, a celebration of just how far girls’ soccer has come.

Our OIS girls showed up, played with confidence and left it all on the field — with some phenomenal results to match!

U9 — CHAMPIONS
U11 — RUNNERS-UP
U13 — SEMI-FINALISTS
U15 — CHAMPIONS
U17 — CHAMPIONS

And the support was INCREDIBLE! 👏💙 From the first whistle to the final moments, the energy on the sidelines made this day one to remember.
