🌊🏅 Congratulations to Rawdah Seedat who recently participated in two major open-water swimming events.

She successfully completed the DUC Open Water Swim (1.2 km) in 33 minutes and just a week later she accomplished a 4th-place finish in the Under-12 category at the Breathe Open Water Swim (800 m), one of South Africa's largest open-water swimming events, completing the race in 31 minutes.

These achievements are a testament to her dedication, discipline and courage in taking on the challenges of open-water swimming.

MashaAllah, we are incredibly proud of you, Rawdah. May Allah grant you continued success and excellence in all your endeavours.

🎓 NSC Certificate Collection Notice

We are pleased to inform our Class of 2025 learners that their Umalusi-issued NSC Certificates are now available for collection from the school.

Please visit the school during office hours to collect your certificate.

Congratulations once again on this important achievement, and we wish you every success in your future endeavours.

It was an honour to host officials from the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development as part of our Learner Development Programme, coordinated by our School Counsellor, Ms S. Paruk.

Ms A. Khan, Director of Justice and Constitutional Development, together with Advocate Roshiela Benimadho, engaged our learners on Social Media and the Law, highlighting the legal consequences of irresponsible online behaviour.

In a world where technology and social media have become part of everyday life, it is essential that we understand the importance of responsible digital citizenship.

Learners were reminded to protect their privacy online and to remember that once something is shared online, it can leave a permanent digital footprint, even if it is later deleted. They were encouraged to think carefully before posting, sharing or sending content, as online actions can have real-world consequences.
The session also highlighted the important role parents play in monitoring and guiding their children's online activities.
Together, we continue to develop responsible, ethical and informed digital citizens.
