We continue to shine the spotlight on one of IkamvaYouths staff members who started off as a learner and have continued the journey with us post school. Meet our high school coordinator, Zukile Keswa.
Zukile journeyed with IkamvaYouth from the very beginning. Whilst still a high school learner, he sought academic support and career guidance from IkamvaYouth founders Makhosi Gogwana and Joy Oliever. Once he completed his schooling, he returned as a tutor and is now one of IkamvaYouths star employees.

Sihle’s Story
We would like to shine the spotlight on one of our staff members, who started off as an IkamvaYouth learner and has continued to journey with us post-school. Introducing our Human Resources Administrator, Sihle Sosanti.
Sihle’s journey with IkamvaYouth has come full circle. Her story is one that embodies the ethos of our organisation. She started off as a learner at our Nyanga branch, and then once she had completed school, she volunteered as a tutor. She is now one of our star employees. When asked why she came back to IkamvaYouth, she said that she believed that she saw an opportunity to assist wherever possible after having witnessed first-hand the great lengths the tutors went to help her when she struggled, she wanted to have that same impact on someone else.
Well done Sihle, you inspire us all.
