Happy Motherโs Day ๐ธ
Today we celebrate the moms, grandmothers, mother figures, and caregivers whose love shapes little hearts every single day.
To the women who comfort, guide, teach, protect, and love so deeply - thank you for all the unseen moments that make the biggest difference.
And to the nannies and caregivers who nurture children with patience and kindness, thank you for the important role you play in so many familiesโ lives. ๐
Wishing you a day filled with love, appreciation, and special moments with the people who matter most.
Happy Motherโs Day from all of us at The Nanny Movement ๐ท

Children donโt misbehave because they are bad.
They behave that way because they donโt yet know how to manage big emotions.
Emotional regulation is a skill - and adults teach it through calm responses, not punishment.
Every meltdown, tantrum, or outburst is an opportunity to teach a child how to feel safe, understood, and in control of their emotions.
Tip:
๐ Stay calm first. A regulated adult helps regulate a child.

Today we stand together for Autism Awareness Day. ๐
At The Nanny Movement, we believe every child deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated for who they are.
Autism is not a behavior problem.
It is a different way of experiencing the world โ and with the right understanding, patience, and support, children with autism can thrive.
As caregivers, nannies, and parents, our role is not to change the child, but to adapt our approach with compassion, structure, and consistency.
Awareness leads to understanding.
Understanding leads to acceptance.
Acceptance creates safe spaces for children to grow.
Today, we encourage all caregivers to:
๐ Be patient
๐ Be observant
๐ Be kind
๐ Keep learning
Because every child communicates โ sometimes we just need to learn how to listen differently.
Happy Autism Awareness Day from The Nanny Movement.

Trying New Foods Can Be an Adventure! ๐ฅ๐
New foods can feel exciting (and sometimes a little scary) for children. The key is to keep it fun, relaxed, and pressure-free.
โจ Encourage your child to taste without forcing
โจ Let them help with preparing meals
โจ Turn food into something playful and colourful
When children feel involved and curious, theyโre far more likely to explore new tastes and textures.
Little steps today can build healthy, confident eaters for life. ๐
