Welcome to my Reborn Nursery - Amelia’s Babies. I am a proud mother and grandmother and live with my husband, 4 dogs, 2 cats and a bunny on a breathtaking gorge in the beautiful suburb of Kloof, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. I discovered re-borning in 2010 quite by chance. I saw these babies on the internet and I just had to try it. Before I started with the babies I immersed myself in the art of

SOLD

I am selling the moulds for these 2 sculpts. These babies were sculpted, moulded and produced by me. The moulds are in great condition as I only poured 3 babies from each of the moulds. The were made as twins. The girl slightly smaller than the boy. They are approximately 16-17". They do not have the outer mother mould as I used the water method when I poured them. As you can see from the pictures it works perfectly and I now only use the water method for all my pours. Please contact me directly via messenger for more information should you need to know more about the water system.
I am in South Africa but will use a reputable courier company for delivery.

FULL BODY SILICONE BABY FOR SALE - R3000 (Please read)
I am selling a full body bo-boo, half painted silicone baby girl. She is a 17inch. Poured in ecoflex 20. She is one of my first babies. I started painting her and she looked beautiful. I then added a blue‐ish layer and it ruined her colouring. She is too blue. I put her away to fix at a later stage. I decided to sell her as I am never going to get to her. There are 2 options:
Strip her completely...
or neutralize the blue with more orangey colours.....
The picture is a example of one that I painted and finished.
Please only contact me on my phone or whatsapp 0828916498 if you are seriously interested and I will send pictures of her as soon as I can. First come basis. This is not a finished baby unless you don't mind her being blue-ish. I am only selling her as is as I do not have the time to work on her.

Slight Boo-boo silicone bit for sale:
I was going to keep him as he was my first pour. I just finished his painting. I am selling him as I am not really a collector of babies. He is beautifully painted. He has one tiny mark on the side of his hand where the silicone touched something whilst drying. He lost a little bit of the detail (creases) on his hands during the casting process, but the hands are complete and undamaged. I will not be rooting him but would recommend having him rooted as he has some slightly uneven spots (seamline) on the back of his head. He is poured in Ecoflex 20 and is approx 17inches.
Price: R7000.00 (No extras included)

(SOLDl
At last I got the opportunity to paint this little one. He was sculpted, poured and painted by me. Pictures taken indoors with overcast weather.

He is 41cm /16 inch. He weighs just under 2kg / 4.40 pounds. I painted him to have a newborn look. He has glass eyes and will come home with the clothes in the picture and a blanket. His mouth is opened and he can take a premie pacifier.
He is poured with a supersoft mix of Ecoflex platinum silicone. Full limbs with a cloth body.

Over the weekend I found a unethical person who copies other artists sculpts and produce them in silicone right here in South Africa. These are listed for sale on her website. The sad part is, they are all sold-out! By supporting and buying these knock‐offs, the buyer is as good as the stealer. If you or anyone else you know owns a Coco-Malu full body silicone, amongst others....that I hope to name soon, bought from this counterfeit maker, (I cannot call such a person an artist), please hang your head in shame. You are just as much a thief as the thief that produces these copies. I am in the process of notifying the original doll sculptors about this and I hope they will take action against this person.

Reasons Not to Buy Counterfeit / Copied Goods:
By Thomas Bright
Consumer Protection

Say you need a new watch and don’t want to spend a lot of money to get one. So, you go online and find a watch from a well-known maker for $20 when such watches usually cost hundreds. You realize the watch might not be authentic, but you got a great deal, so no problem, right? Wrong!!!! Counterfeiting is NOT a victimless crime.
Why you Shouldn’t Buy Counterfeit:
When you buy counterfeit merchandise, you are giving your money to a DISHONEST person. The seller is committing a CRIME by selling you the merchandise.
Your actions cost the company/person making the real product. A lot of time and money are spend in creating the product and fighting back against counterfeiting. This means they can’t use that money to make more of the legitimate product.
You’re probably buying LOUSY merchandise. Counterfeiters are generally out there to make a QUICK buck. They probably don’t care about repeat business, meaning they have little incentive to put QUALITY into what they sell. Therefore, what you buy may fall apart or stop working soon after you buy it. If you go out and buy something legitimate afterward, your savings from buying the knock-off have just been wiped away.
Why is counterfeiting such a big problem? Consumer demand. If people didn’t buy counterfeit goods, CRIMINALS would have no incentive to try and sell them.
You can help solve the problem by not buying counterfeit goods. Research what you want to purchase and know what a realistic price should be. If a deal seems too good to be true, the item may be a fake.

My new baby currently on my painting table. I am in love. I named her after my mom Lucy. She was my biggest fan...always.She encouraged me and always believed I could do anything I put my mind to. This baby I poured with a mix of Ecoflex 20 and 10. She is super squishy and soft. I hope you like her as much as I do... # #
