The Biryani in SA is not the Biryani in India, and conversely. If I don’t come back home, it’s the Biryani. If I come back to India, it’s the people ♥️. #🇮🇳❤️

I walk through a bit of history, as I need.
Though, the raison d’être is to learn from the peers.
Impart intellectual insight as I speak.
Pour thoughts on the compact white pieces from trees.
With ease, move forward and repeat, …
Until I rest in the peace.

As a proponent of knowledge exchange myself, I will spend the second half of February 2026 in India 🇮🇳. I will deliver a series of lectures about my field of expertise (Topology) and my own research at Jadavpur University on 17-19 and 23-24 February 2026. This should be a rewarding experience, and I am excited about it. I would like to extend my gratitude to Pronay Biswas, Prof Sujit Sardar, Prof Subhas Mandal, and everyone involved for making this happen. “We will be there!”

Pictured is the class I had the privilege of instructing. As we move forward, I welcome you to the next stop.

Different buildings in Windhoek captured by yours truly.

Here is a funny Windhoek tale about three brothers who I call “Izinja ZeGame”, otherwise known as Amaphara in the South Aftican context.
