The Durban University of Technology (DUT) Business School has strengthened its international research profile by appointing Professor Wibke Heidig from Albstadt-Sigmaringen University in Germany as an Honorary Research Professor.
This appointment reflects over a decade of collaboration between Prof Heidig and DUT researchers. Their joint work focuses on globally relevant areas such as food waste, technology acceptance, and the role of artificial intelligence in cross cultural contexts, topics closely tied to sustainability and the evolving digital economy.
