The part of the process that you don't normally see - the theory. Our courses include theory as well as practical teaching and exams. Above an internationally-accredited chef diploma or certificate, all of our courses also include an entrepreneurship certificate course.
The practical is important but the work done behind the scenes is also vitally important to a successful career.

We do not. We believe that in this industry, nothing replaces hands-on experience.
Hospitality is a people industry. Cheffing is a practical skill. That's why we believe the best learning happens in real kitchens, with real ingredients, under the guidance of experienced chefs.
You can watch a video on necessary skills but mastering them? That happens with practice, feedback, and repetition.

Students and guests got to experience an elegant immersion of fine food, cultural storytelling, and artisanal craftsmanship. It truly was an exceptional cooking experience.
