Vision in Motion is an organisational development training consultancy. Our interactive learner centred workshops are guided by experiential methods. We use performing arts (Applied Theatre), Music, and custom designed activities as a medium to set our training apart.

Our South African Team have just been awarded another industrial theatre contract, this time we are preparing to educate on health issues using theatre. The team has met today with all the stakeholder and the creative process has begun. Thanks to & for entrusting us with the project.

We were today years old the first time we have ever seen a black/brown Foetus in an illustration… so much work is still needed in the diversity & inclusion space. So much in the education space needs to be rewired. I will
be using this image for group discussions in my upcoming workshops, because change happens when we have open, honest and meaningful conversations.

We have just completed another round of students this time from the insurance industry who have just completed their leadership and workplace readiness programme. Many thanks to our client Invuya Institute of Learning for hand picking these young people and sponsoring their growth. Together we will contribute towards pushing South Africa forward.
