Feelin’ cheesy?🍕

The weather’s getting colder, so why not warm yourself up with a piping hot pizza? Follow our recipe to the letter and you’ll be swimming in warm cheesy goodness in no time!

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup flour
2 tblsps cooking oil
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
10g yeast
100ml lukewarm water

Method
1. Combine lukewarm water, yeast and sugar. Let it ferment until foamy.
2. Add flour, salt and oil and mix to a soft dough.
3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, put in a bowl, cover with wet cloth and let it rise until it doubled in size.
4. Preheat oven to 180⁰C.
5. Knock down the dough, roll thinly and cut into desired shapes.
6. Spread pizza sauce and desired toppings and sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake 10 - 15mins until cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown and crisp on the edges.
