We've reached the middle of month and we want to remind you that mental health includes the emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make choices.

It can affect anyone and the signs may not be visible. Lets not stigmatise the illness, lets not ostrisize our peers and family and offer support where we can.
