Jimmie Roos School Skool Information about Jimmie Roos School for boys, Dewetsdorp, Free State. The school was founded on 1 August 1918 and in the first 50 years moulded 2400 learners.

It was the first school of industries established by the then Department of Higher Education. It was also the first school of industries with focus on agriculture. Today the school is a centre that is still functioning on a working farm of 2800 hectares. It provides a tranquil, safe and serene environment for learners and teachers. please view the photo page.
