Please talk to your children about how serious bullying is. Kubuhlungu kakhulu ukuba nomntwana osaba ukuya esikoleni ngoba kukhona abanye abamhlukumezayo esikoleni.

Siyacela bazali, fundisani abantwana benu ukuhlonipha abanye nokuthi ukuhlukumeza akwamukelekile. Izingane ezihlukumeza abanye zingase zibhekane nemiphumela emibi kakhulu, kuhlanganise nezinyathelo zomthetho.

Masisebenzeni sonke — abazali, othisha nabafundi — ukwenza isikole sibe indawo ephephile kubo bonke abantwana. 🙏🏽

Today, Botleng Secondary School received a major boost after Eskom Kendal Power Station, in partnership with Steinmüller Africa and Siemens Energy, donated 510 school desks and chairs, four chalkboards, 1 200 sanitary towels, seven dustbins, and pledged to install two 360-degree security cameras to improve safety at the school.

The donation forms part of Eskom's Mandela Month Corporate Social Responsibility programme and aims to create a safer, more conducive learning environment while supporting academic excellence.

The donation was filled with excitement as the Botleng Secondary School choir delivered an electrifying performance, while the learners' energetic gumboot dance brought the audience to its feet, showcasing the school's rich talent and vibrant spirit.

Speaking at the handover, school principal Steven Motaung said the donation would restore dignity to learners and further improve teaching and learning, while Eskom Kendal Power Station General Manager Tshepiso Tema reaffirmed the utility's commitment to investing in communities through education, mentorship and future career opportunities.
