On the 27th of February our school held the tie ceremony for the class of 2026 as they mark their promise to give their all this year this promise was made in front of their parents and teachers. Parents tie the knot to promise their kids to assist them during this year as this is a year that could shape their kids futer. Our chess team participated in the district trials of the 7 February. Out of 5 learners that participated 4 learners qualified to participate in Capetown metros championships. On the 7 March the chess team participated for the Capetown metros and 3 of the four learners qualified for the provincial championships which will later this month will be held in Worcester. As the NCS matric results dawn upon us. With all the headlines and the convisations all about the percentages and the codes, one would just wonder "where am I?". NEHS did what NEHS does best and archived an honoured 81.6%. The class of 2025 was more than 300 learners but above all that they produced the second highest performance in the history of New Eisleben high school. Singabazali no tishala base New Eisleben siyazidla ngani bafundi base New Eisleben niliphakamisile igama lethu nalibeka emafini. An outstanding performance can be attributed to both our languages with 100%, mathematics with 98.2% and history 89.6%. Once more congratulations to the class of 2025 and as always we rise NEHS.

Learners are not permitted to enter the school without uniform this is for safety reasons.

Learners need to insure that all their textbooks are returned to the school.

A valedictory is an act of saying fairwell to those you hold dearly to your heart, an honor not bestowed to anyone but to those that have touched a feeling of warmth to your life. This day we appreciate the class of 2025, a class which came to our school in 2020 during the pandemic "our covid babies are now our matriculents let them shine". In event like no other words were poured to encourage this class as they will be sitting for their final exams in two weeks time. A question was posed to them "class of 2025 nenzeni?" one answer seemed to echo through out the hall "sinyamezele Maneer" that showed the dedication and the hunger to succeed this class has. We as NEHS thank you class of 2025 you have been a joy to work with you came to our school during the worst possible period of our global community and your resilience is now being appreciated. To the organising team wow, just wow what an event what a decor, one would think we were not in Crossroads, we as NEHS can not mingle the words to appreciate your dedication to honor the child of NEHS. To the class of 2025 go out there tell the that you are from NEHS. Rise NEHS rise.
