Did you know that at the upcoming 17th World Gymnaestrada, team SA will have 162 participants, including coaches across six provinces, budding talents as young as seven years old to seasoned gymnasts in their 70s!

It was so great to do live facilitation again this past weekend. Together with Dr David Maralack from UCT we facilitated the Two Oceans Marathon NPC Board Strategic Planning Workshop. Good group of people under the leadership of William Swartbooi and great staff under the leadership of Debra Barnes.
