APOSTOLIC WOMEN - AND YES, WOMEN APOSTLES
"...our daughters will be like pillars carved to adorn a palace."
Psalm 144:12b
"Pillars" is the Hebrew "zaviyoth" meaning "corners" from the word meaning to hide away or conceal - like corners of an altar - pillars that are needed to hold up the palace.
Carved or polished implies scultured like a beautiful cut stone for an ornament. That represent grace, symmetry, abundantly lavished with the skill of a master sculptor.
So we see here that pillars are part of what is needed to build a palace - a very important and needed part in the building of a palace.
Building is an apostolic term. The Apostle Paul call himself a wise master builder. So we can say that "apostolic families" are built up by these "daughters."
They are corner pillars. They support the house. They are adorned with grace. "Wisdom has built her house; she has set up its seven pillars." That's what it says in Proverbs 9:1.
In God's wisdom, He has included women to be leaders in the church also. And some of those women are called to apostleship. And they carry apostolic wisdom to build.
Women were a very important part of Jesus' ministry. And women were a very important part of Paul's ministry. In fact, at least one woman on his team was an apostle - Junia. And she was an "outstanding and noteworthy" apostle.
But I believe its important for women apostles to understand they bring unique gifts and attributes to the table, and they do not need to try and compete or act like a man, which unfortunately we have seen sometimes.
Women apostles can be strong, anointed and gifted, and know their authority in Christ. But they can also remain as a feminine woman, not having to feel the need to be in competition with male apostles.
Your gift will truly make room for you, and will be received and respected by those to whom you are called to.
For many years most of my apostolic spiritual sons were men. But in the past few years, the Lord has been also giving me a relationship with more spiritual daughters who are apostles or prophets. And it has been a blessing to also pout my life into them.
Yes, I believe women can be apostles. I know when I put posts up like this, I am going to get some haters who are going to come on the post all "stirred" up trying to get me detract that. But you are too late. So I encourage you to not even waste your time.
Where would the church of Jesus be without the contribution of women over the centuries?
Many have been beautiful carved pillars adorning the palace - the house of God. And yes, many have felt concealed and hidden away. But the value and beauty of this apostolic women - and women apostles is going to seen in this season as never before.
Because is about to shine his spot light of favor upon them brightly, even as the Apostle Paul did in Romans 16:7 calling Junia an outstanding apostle along with Andronicus.
And they will become valued as they never have been as their contribution to the House of God as beautifully carved pillars to adorn the palace will be seen.
